Temporary Sales Customer Service Advisor

The Company:

Our client knows that purchasing or selling a house can be a major life event. With our client, their customers have their own dedicated property lawyer to guide them every step of the way to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Their mission is to transform the conveyancing industry so that buying or selling a home is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The Role:

On their behalf we are seeking a Temporary Sales / Customer Service Advisor. This will be to start ASAP and for 3 months initially. In this role you will be responsible for speaking to customers who have enquired about their service, this role will be predominantly on the telephone so excellent people skills are key for this role. This role is predominately outbound calling customers who have enquired about quotes and therefore a confident telephone manner is required.

Responsibilities will include:

• Making follow up calls to prospective customers who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion
• Supporting new customers through the instruction process following acceptance of a quote
• Monitoring and responding to incoming enquiries via email or phone
• General administration tasks to ensure the Welcome Team delivers the best customer experience
• Assisting property lawyers with administrative tasks to provide an effective and efficient conveyancing service to customers
• Assisting the marketing team with marketing activity and onboarding new estate agents and mortgage broker referral partners
• Build engagement and maintain relationships with our referral partners
• Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has confident people skills and happy calling prospective clients from warm leads.

• Previous sales / relationship management / customer service / administration experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Warm and personable communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
• Good IT skills

The Hourly Rate:

£14 per hour

BS4, Brislington Bristol

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
