Job Title: School Receptionist/ Administrator

Location: Sowerby Bridge - HX6

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-4:00- or Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30!

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13th July

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour!

Office Angels are proudly supporting a school based in HX6 who are looking for a temporary Receptionist/ Administrator to join their friendly team! You will be meeting supporting with the office staff. IT skills and high level of attention to detail is import, as well as having a confident telephone manner!

The ideal candidate MUST have an enhanced DBS!

Main duties:

• Answering inbound calls and transferring to correct department
• Basic admin support when needed
• Inputting internal data using Excel spreadsheets
• Supporting with any queries from parents/ pupils
• First point of contact for visitors and phone calls

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent receptionist skills
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail and highly organised
• An Enhanced DBS is required for this position
