A welcoming and well-organised school in the BS14 area of Bristol is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their front office team for Term 6. This role is ideal for someone with previous admin or reception experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students
• Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries
• Managing the school's inbox and responding to emails
• Carrying out general admin tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Supporting the wider admin team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role
• Confident using phones, email, and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional, approachable, and well-organised
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
