Temporary School Receptionist starting ASAP

? Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary School Receptionist in Education! ?

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: Monday 2nd June - Wednesday 9th July
• Hourly Rate: £15ph paid on a weekly basis
• Location: Bushey - Parking available
• Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch (40hrs a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, students, staff and parents with a warm smile ??
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
• Manage appointments and maintain an organised front desk ??
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all ?

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• A proactive and friendly attitude ??
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is a plus
