Temporary Senior EA - Theatre

We're looking for an experienced Senior EA to support two C-suite executives at a leading theatre organisation. This is a temporary, full-time role based 5 days a week in the office - ideal for someone with strong EA experience and a background in the creative industries.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the executives stay focused and organised. Responsibilities include complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel, liaising with VIPs and senior stakeholders, and supporting internal events and training. You'll be the first point of contact for correspondence and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

About You

• Proven experience as an EA at C-suite level in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional diary management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience in the creative or entertainment industries is a significant advantage!
• Ability to work independently, with sound judgement and discretion
