The Role:

• Looking after the company's premium customer base
• Main point of contact for customer queries
• Liaising with internal departments in order to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Dealing with invoice queries

The ideal candidate:

• Available at short notice
• Customer focussed and able to cultivate strong working relationships
• Experience of shipping or logistics preferred but not essential
• Happy to work on a temporary basis initially
