Tenancy Management Officer

Location: Lancaster
Position: Temporary Tenancy Coordinator
Duration: Minimum 2 months with potential for temp-to-perm
Pay: £19 per hour (via umbrella)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Tenancy Coordinator to manage a portfolio of 200 student properties in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property management and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Lettings:
  Oversee the entire lettings process, including sign-ups and managing voids.
• Property Viewings:
  Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Rent Collection:
  Ensure timely collection of rent and manage any related queries.
• Complaint Handling:
  Address and resolve tenant complaints efficiently.
• Maintenance Coordination:
  Raise repair requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Tenant Support:
  Provide exceptional support to tenants throughout their tenancy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with student lettings is a plus.
