Tenancy Servicves Officer

A well-established organisation in Birmingham are looking for a Tenancy Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to help support on providing tenancy and housing management services to their customers. Predominantly focused on managing their customers and dealing with Tenancy Fraud cases and ASB.

Tenancy Services Officer
Monday- Friday/ 35 hours
South Birmingham
£22-25ph paid weekly via umbrella
Temporary (8 Weeks)

As a Tenancy Services Officer, your main duties will be:
• To deliver excellent housing management services that reduce the risk of tenancy failure.
• To manage a caseload on anti social behaviour/ tenancy breaches/ safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
• To promote service delivery that aims to resolve all cases efficiently
• To work with other agencies to increase the detection and prevention of tenancy fraud
• To instigate tenancy enforcement and court action where it is reasonable.

The skills needed to be successful as a Tenancy Service Officer are:
• The ability to analyse and interpret complex information
• Knowledge of tenancy legalisations and processes
• Previous experience in a similar role such as Tenancy advisor, tenancy officer, TSO etc
• This role requires a basic DBS
