Tenant Liaison Officer

We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join a busy team supporting major housing improvement works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice, support, and clear communication to tenants about major works.
• Build trust and positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and contractors.
• Identify and escalate tenant vulnerabilities and safeguarding issues.
• Encourage and coordinate property access for essential works.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage access issues and resolve tenant concerns.
• Attend court hearings when required and support with legal documentation.
• Accurately maintain records and reports.
• Promote health and safety compliance across all activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in social housing and supporting tenants.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Confident using Microsoft Office software.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Additional Information:

• Some flexibility is required, including occasional evening work.
• Travel to tenant properties is a key part of the role.
