My client is a property services contactor that require a new Tenant Liaison Officer.
Due to an increasing workload and contract wins, they would like an experienced TLO to join the team. They deliver planned and reactive maintenance to social housing projects across the Merseyside region.

The role would a fast-paced organising trades and labour appointments with the current tenants.
You will be a personable but professional individual, ensuring the works can be carried out with minimal interruption to the residence. You will be excellent muti tasking with several homes and projects to book in the works being carried out. Dealing with contractors and trades daily.
My client would like previous experience in the role of at least 3 years. You will have experience as a Tenant liaison officer dealing with local authorities.

You will be able to manage your own time and diary, working well with own initiative and motivation. Manage an issues or complaints with a professional manner. Completing closing customer satisfaction reports. Ensuring projects are completed, with a good representation of my clients brand.
