About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting students in the classroom, helping them access the curriculum, and working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether you're experienced or just starting your career in education, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Adapt support according to individual student needs, including those with SEND

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools or other settings)
• A genuine interest in supporting education and student development
• Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• Level 2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential.
