Test Manager - Asset & Investment Management - AI Enabled Change

We are supporting a leading Asset & Investment Management organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Test Manager to join a high-profile change programme delivering across multiple strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on Test Management role suited to someone who can lead end-to-end testing across complex delivery environments, whilst also bringing experience of AI-enabled change, modern testing approaches, and strong governance within regulated financial services environments.

The successful candidate will operate as the central testing lead across multiple workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, delivery leads and business users to ensure robust quality assurance and successful delivery outcomes.

HYBRID WORKING – LONDON

1. Lead end-to-end testing delivery across multiple concurrent projects and change initiatives
2. Define and manage overall test strategy, test plans, governance, milestones and reporting
3. Establish pragmatic, risk-based testing approaches aligned to programme delivery timelines
4. Manage testing lifecycle activities including SIT, UAT, regression, automation oversight and defect management
5. Act as the senior testing point of contact for programme stakeholders and delivery teams
6. Provide clear reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, issues and remediation plans
7. Drive quality assurance standards and testing governance across the programme landscape
8. Support delivery within environments leveraging AI-enabled tooling, automation and intelligent change practices
9. Contribute to testing approaches for AI-driven solutions, including model validation, data quality, human oversight and risk controls

1. Proven experience as a Test Manager within Asset / Investment Management or Financial Services
2. Strong track record delivering testing across complex business and technology transformation programmes
3. Experience managing testing across multiple workstreams in fast-paced delivery environments
4. Strong understanding of structured testing methodologies, governance and quality assurance frameworks
5. Experience with test automation and modern testing practices
6. Exposure to AI-enabled delivery environments, intelligent automation or AI governance frameworks
7. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
8. Excellent defect management, risk management and reporting capabilities
9. Experience working within Agile, hybrid or large-scale programme delivery environments
