We’re looking for confident, reliable team members to join us at a special day of boxing in Bath – featuring two shows in one! You’ll be part of the ticketing team welcoming fans, handling sales, and keeping everything running smoothly.
With both a daytime championship finals event and a packed evening home show, this shift is perfect if you thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and enjoy being at the heart of the action.
Roles and Responsibilities
As part of the ticketing and wristband team, you’ll be the first point of contact for spectators arriving at the Sports Training Village. Your role is to ensure every guest gets through the door quickly, safely, and with a smile.
Previous customer service, ticketing, or hospitality/event experience preferred
Friendly, confident, and approachable under pressure
Comfortable handling money and card transactions
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in busy periods
Good spoken English for clear communication
You must be a UK resident or have the right to work in the UK
You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
You must be available on Saturday 27th September 2025
