Position: Temporary Ticket Administrators
Location: Swanley Park
Duration: 29th March to 27th April 10:00 till 18:00 including weekends 

Salary: £12.21ph

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Temporary Event Staff for an exciting upcoming event. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marshalling: Supervise event areas to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Ticket Office Duties: Manage ticket sales, handle inquiries, and provide information to attendees.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with any questions or concerns, ensuring a positive event experience.
• Physical Activities: Participate in event activities, including going on inflatables and climbing slides, to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to participate in event activities, including inflatables and slides.
• Previous experience in customer service experience 
• Must be available for the entire duration of the event. (29th March to 27th April 2025)
