TIG Welder / Fabricator – Waterlooville – £13.75/hour

We’re currently looking for a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Waterlooville, working with sheet steel and supporting a range of fabrication tasks.

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour Location: Waterlooville Job Type: Full-time, ongoing work

Role Overview: As a TIG Welder / Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for welding and fabricating components primarily from sheet steel. This hands-on role will involve reading engineering drawings, precise welding, and using a variety of tools and machinery in a workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

TIG welding on sheet steel to a high standard

Fabrication of metal components and assemblies

Working from technical drawings

Operating workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively

Candidate Requirements:

Proven TIG welding experience, particularly with sheet steel

Strong fabrication background

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

Confident using hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
