Our client are looking for a Tools Development Engineer to work within the engineering function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful industrialization of SA Jigs and Tool Requests.
• Support the projects creation, development and modification until final acceptance and handover.
• Jigs and Tools Technical Assessments, Technical Acceptance Reports and assets Design/Manufacturing data set.
• Contribution to CDT MFT for production investigations utilising tooling and metrology skillset.
• Design and specify the requested Jigs and Tools assets according to the requirements.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Ability to operate from first principles in manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience knowledge of aircraft production, and engineering methods/procedures.
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Design.
• Ability to operate from first principles in manufacturing disciplines and activities requiring technical skills and knowledge.
• Experience working within a manufacturing and engineering environment.

• Leadership skills
