Venn Group is partnering with a leading global banking institution in London to recruit a Trade and Transaction Reporting Officer. This is a rolling contract opportunity offering strong long-term potential within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a TTR Officer, you will play a key role in the daily processing and oversight of regulatory trade and transaction reporting, including EMIR and MiFID II requirements. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, avoiding over-reporting, and maintaining high standards of quality control within the TTR framework.

This role provides excellent visibility across both Operational and Change Management functions, with the opportunity to contribute to strengthening Global Markets Operational Controls within the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reporting activities under EMIR and MiFID II regulations.
• Reconcile source data against reported data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to over- or under-reporting.
• Support improvements across the Trade and Transaction Reporting control framework.
• Collaborate with Change Management teams to enhance regulatory reporting processes.
• Ensure the business remains compliant with internal policies and evolving regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Trade and Transaction Reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of EMIR and MiFID II regulatory obligations.
• Familiarity with Banking Operations and Change Management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA for process automation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
