Job Description - Trade Counter/Sales Admin

Pertemps Reading are looking for a Trade Counter/Sales Admin to work with a busy Roofing company based in Finchampstead

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30 & Alternative Saturdays 08:00—11:30

Temp to Perm position

As a Trade Counter / Sales Admin, you will be responsible for:
- Serving on the Trade Counter
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
- Processing orders
- Chasing invoices
- Stock checks
- Processing quotes and chasing leads

To be considered for this Trade Counter / Sales Admin role, you should possess the following:
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the building/ roofing industry is advantageous
- Great teamworking skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good computer skills- Good numeracy skills- Good typing / grammar skills
