Are you a hands-on, fast-thinking engineer with experience supporting high-pressure trading environments

We’re hiring two experienced Trade Floor Support Engineers for a leading financial institution in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the action, supporting traders and front-office teams with their day-to-day technical needs.

Your Role:

You’ll be delivering deskside and trade floor support to a demanding user base, ensuring seamless operations in a high-stakes environment. From fixing hardware and patching to supporting Bloomberg terminals and virtual machines, you’ll be the go-to person when the floor needs to move fast.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience supporting Trading Floor or Advanced Desktop Environments, and will have Market data experience
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
Fluent French & English (spoken and written)
Experience with trading applications such as Bloomberg, Eikon, WebICE, Workspace, TP ICAP
Proficiency in Office 365, SCCM or LANDesk, reimaging/building desktops
Solid deskside support skills and customer-facing professionalism

Nice to Have:

• IPC turret / portal experience
• MAC / iPad support
• Intune
• Fluke/VLAN patching diagnostics
