About this role:
This is a 3 month temporary role, with the potential to become a permanent position, with a competitive salary based on skills and experience. The Trading Executive will report to the Head of Trading. This position operates on a hybrid basis, with two days per week spent at head office for team collaboration and the remainder can be worked remotely.
The Trading Executive is a highly supportive, detail-driven role working across both D2C and Trade ecommerce channels. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the websites, maintaining high standards of product data accuracy, onsite merchandising, operational communication, and internal processes.
Acting as a central support function for ecommerce, this role works closely with teams across the business to ensure clear communication and smooth execution. With a strong attention to detail, the Trading Executive ensures that product information, delivery messaging, merchandising and workflows are accurately implemented, maintained and that all products are represented correctly and consistently onsite.
With a strong operational focus, the Trading Executive helps ensure the right product is presented to the right customer, systems are reliable, and internal processes are clearly documented and continuously improved.

Delivery, Pre-Order & Operational Messaging
