Job Summary:
We are seeking a disciplined and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our site operations in Hythe. This long-term role is exclusively open to Armed Forces Veterans, offering the opportunity to bring your skills, focus, and experience to a key site safety role.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage traffic movement on and around the construction site
  
  
• Ensure the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians
  
  
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with site teams
  
  
• Maintain clear and safe access routes
  
  
• Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be a Veteran of the British Armed Forces
  
  
• Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) certification
  
  
• CSCS card
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Ability to remain alert and proactive in a busy environment
