We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious
Gateman/Traffic Marshal
To join a busy commercial construction site in
Swansea. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right qualifications to secure consistent work on a long-term project.
??? Key Responsibilities:

• Managing site access and logging all personnel and vehicles
• Directing traffic and deliveries safely around the site
• Enforcing site safety procedures and PPE compliance
• Supporting the site team with general duties as needed

? Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Traffic Marshal qualification
  (NPORS, CPCS, or CLOCS)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Punctual, professional, and safety-focused

• Swansea - large-scale commercial development
