Randstad is currently seeking qualified CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshalls for multiple construction projects across Kent. We have both short-term and long-term roles becoming available in the coming weeks.

Requirements:
? Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket
? Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
? Previous experience in a similar role
? Good communication skills and a safety-first mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:
?? Directing and guiding vehicles and plant machinery safely on and around the site
?? Managing the flow of traffic in and out of site entrances
?? Ensuring pedestrian walkways and site access points remain safe and clear
?? Monitoring and controlling entry/exit points
?? Assisting with deliveries and coordinating vehicle movements
? Following and enforcing health & safety procedures
