Trainee Accountant

My client is a forward thinking renewable energy business and they are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accountant to join their team initially on a temporary basis.

Working amongst a medium-sized finance team, this is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate to get their foot in the door of a business with a positive work environment with a collaborative spirit and exceptional opportunities for the future. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will initially be helping out with more administrative tasks, increasing in complexity as you grow and progress within this role.

Skills required:

• Either have a degree within Accountancy or an AAT qualification and be looking for your first role within accounts
• An ambition and drive like no other- we are looking for the best trainees out there who through sheer determination and excellent work ethic and striving to become a qualified Accountant as quickly as possible
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders with ease
• Have a great command of MS Excel
