Trainee Finance Administrator - Immediate Start!

We're excited to be recruiting for a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their finance career! This Leicester-based business has just completed an acquisition and is now on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Trainee Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door, gain hands-on experience with invoice processing, and build a foundation in finance - perfect for AAT studiers or recent grads! The role is temporary for now with hybrid working, but there's every possibility of it becoming permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering invoices accurately into the finance system
• Matching invoices to delivery notes and raising any discrepancies
• Liaising with suppliers to resolve basic queries
• Supporting the team with payment run prep
• Keeping Excel records up to date
• Providing general finance admin support

Candidate Attributes and Skills:

• AAT studier or recent finance/accounting graduate
• Confident with data entry and using Excel
• Friendly communicator with a can-do attitude
• Eager to learn and keen to build a career in finance
