Monday to Friday, 8am until 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
£12.21 per hour, with potential increases as training progresses

We’re working with a successful manufacturer in the Brierley Hill area to find a motivated Trainee Guillotine Operator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing who’s looking to learn a new skill. Full training on the guillotine machinery will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate guillotine machinery to cut materials to size accurately
• Assist in machine setup and adjustments under supervision
• Read and interpret job specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support the production team with general duties as required

Requirements:

• Basic experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward learning
• Health and safety awareness on the shop floor

What’s On Offer:
