Trainee HIU Engineer for an independent Manufacturer - 27 – 35K – London

My client are a heating product manufacturer who install, commission, service and maintain their own HIU products across London, with over 100,000 units installed.

They are currently have an exciting now opportunity for a trained plumber who is seeking a trainee HIU Engineer position to work alongside a fully-fledged engineer in the business. You will gain firsthand experience and training to carry out commissioning, service, fault finding and repairs to their HIU products within London.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Heat Interface Units.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards.
Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements:

Relevant technical qualifications in heating, plumbing, or related fields.
Willingness to learn and
Any previous HIU experience a bonus but not a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid UK driving license.

PACKAGE:

Up to 35K Basic Salary – depending on exp.
Hours: 08.30 till 17.00
Company Van & Fuel card supplied
28 days holiday including bank holidays
No call out rota
Hand tools & Specialist tools provided
