£12.45 per hour

Our Newark based client are seeking a Lettings Negotiator for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to cover maternity leave. If you’re passionate about real estate and have excellent people skills, this could be the perfect role for you

As a Lettings Negotiator you’ll be responsible for managing viewings, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring great relationships with tenants and landlords alike. responsibilities include:

• Managing property viewings and liaising with potential tenants
• Handling rental negotiations and agreements
• Providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Keeping track of listings and marketing properties

The ideal Trainee Lettings Negotiator will be self motivated and be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• Has strong communication skills
• Is detail-oriented and organised
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
