Are you passionate about working with children and considering a career in education? We are looking for a motivated Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving training and support.

The Role:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

• Work with small groups and individual students to enhance learning.

• Assist with classroom management and organisation.

• Provide support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with children and supporting their education.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop in a school setting.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred).

• Previous experience working with children (e.g., volunteering, childcare) is beneficial but not essential.
