Trainer

Reed HR are proud to be recruiting for a trainer on behalf of a leading UK law firm who are seeking an experienced Trainerto join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new employees and supporting ongoing IT training needs across the firm. This includes delivering engaging training sessions, supporting system rollouts, and creating high-quality learning materials.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver face-to-face and remote induction training for new starters
• Coordinate and deliver training for existing staff as needed
• Support training for new system rollouts
• Maintain and update training materials and session plans
• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs
• Produce tailored learning guides for different teams

What you'll need:

• Strong general IT literacy, particularly with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
• Experience delivering systems/software training in a professional environment
