Job Description - Training Administrator

Role: Training Systems Administrator
Location: Remote (Home Working) but need to be based in Wales.
Assignment length: Full-Time, Fixed Term until 31st December 2025
Hourly Rate: £15.04 per hour

Are you highly skilled in Excel and data administration. We are currently recruiting for Training Systems Administrator to join our client in Wales who are operate within the public sector. The successful candidate will be supporting departments including Learning & Development, Wellbeing, and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in supporting the transition to a new training management system Kallidus by:

Providing high-quality administrative support to the L&D, Wellbeing, and Health & Safety teams.
Cleansing and validating data in Excel spreadsheets.
Assisting in the migration of existing training and personnel data into the new Kallidus system.
Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across records.
Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Skills and experience

Proven experience using Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience with data cleansing and working with large data.
Knowledge of training management systems (e.g., Kallidus) is an advantage, but not essential
