If you’re looking to gain some practical experience prior to starting your training contract, we have the perfect role for you! An award winning full service law firm is seeking driven and ambitious Future Trainees to join their Corporate Team in their London office.

Responsibilities:
Include but aren’t limited to:

• Assisting with pre-seed investments, fundraising rounds, shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, and corporate restructurings
• Preparing and submitting Companies House filings
• Drafting board minutes and other legal documents
• Liaising with the other side or other parties as appropriate
• Preparing written advice for clients

About you:
The ideal candidate is someone with:

• Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification
• A training contract secured commencing in early 2026
• Previous paralegal experience (not essential but a bonus!)
• A willingness to get involved with various tasks in the office to assist with business needs
