We are currently seeking a Transaction Manager to become a vital member of our EMEA Transaction Management Group in Corporate Trust. This exciting opportunity is for a 6-month temporary contract based in vibrant London.

What You'll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will:

• Review and oversee intricate specialised debt capital market transactions from initiation through to closing.
• Act as a key liaison with external counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms alongside our Client & Business Development teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for all parties involved in new and existing transactions, ensuring compliance with operational and documentation standards.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert, keeping the team informed about market trends, competitor data, and new regulations.

• A strong educational background.
• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
• The ability to manage tight deadlines while navigating complex relationship dynamics.
