Job Description - Transaction Monitoring Manager - Contract Role

An exciting London based financial services firm is looking for a Transaction Monitoring expert to join their second line team on a high-impact contract. You'll play a key role advising the first line financial crime operations teams, shaping FinCrime controls, and overseeing core TM systems rules.

£ Excellent day rate via umbrella
3–6 month contract with potential to go perm

What you'll bring (essential):

Strong 2LOD Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring experience
Able to assess, challenge, and shape TM rules
Oversight of sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, SARs
Excellent experience managing relations with line 1LOD
Able to update policies & support training
Fintech or challenger bank experience (highly desirable)
