Job Description - Transaction Monitoring Manager - Contract Role

An exciting London based financial services firm is looking for a Transaction Monitoring expert to join their second line team on a high-impact contract. You'll play a key role advising the first line financial crime operations teams, shaping FinCrime controls, and overseeing core TM systems rules.

What you'll bring (essential):
  • Strong 2LOD Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring experience
  • Able to assess, challenge, and shape TM rules
  • Oversight of sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, SARs
  • Excellent experience managing relations with line 1LOD
  • Able to update policies & support training
  • Fintech or challenger bank experience (highly desirable)
