Senior Business Analyst / SME - Fund Transformation Projects

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst / SME with deep expertise in investment operations, fund transitions, and Part VII transfers to support a high-impact transformation programme within the financial services sector.

Part VII transfers is essential to this role - all candidates without clear Part VII experience will not be considered.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on transformation goals.
• Lead workshops, provide strategic direction, and drive problem-solving across complex subject areas.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and support project teams with technical business context.
• Produce board-level materials to communicate complex proposals clearly and effectively.

• Proven experience in Life & Pensions, Asset Management, and fund structure/asset change projects.
• Strong delivery background in both Agile and Waterfall environments with complex dependencies and governance.
• Deep understanding of the fund lifecycle, operating models, and regulatory landscape for pooled investment vehicles.
• Experience managing third-party relationships and navigating tender processes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining delivery momentum.
