Day rate: £300-£550 (depending on role) Outside IR35

Project duration(s): 3-6 months, starting from October

Location: Hybrid, two days on-site in/around London or the UK

They help public and private health providers modernise services through digital strategy, PMO-led delivery, technology implementation, and hands-on change management to drive improvements in quality, cost and patient experience.

Tasks

Any of:

• Programme / PMO management: Governance, PMO set-up and operation, RAID and reporting
• Integrated planning and scheduling: MS Project, dependency management and critical path planning across complex programmes
• Benefits realisation and performance management: Benefits frameworks, tracking, validation and reporting
• Risk and assurance: Programme risk management and governance assurance
• Transformation, adoption and change: Including clinical and operational engagement
• Data and reporting: Power BI / MI and programme reporting support

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Consulting background is preferred
• Proven experience in healthcare transformations, ideally delivering digital programmes
