Transition Teacher

I am recruiting for a Transition Teacher to join a Secondary school in the Calderdale area from September 25. The role is full-time and can lead to a permanent position.
This role would suit a Secondary or Primary trained teacher or an SEN teacher.

Your new role:

• Working with a small group of Year 7 students to help them transition into life at secondary school
• This small group of students may have EHC plans or have Special Educational Needs.
• You will work with this small cohort and teach across the subject range.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold a teaching qualification
• Have experience of working with young people
