Translation Production Coordinator

What You'll Do:

As the Translations Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their marketing assets are effectively translated from English into seven languages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Smooth Operations: Manage the entire translation process from receipt of the brief to scheduling, translation, design, and approvals.
• Schedule Management: Oversee translation schedules for high volumes of marketing emails and promotional campaigns weekly.
• Project Management: Handle medium-sized projects, including designer launches, seasonal campaigns, and printed publications.
• Liaison Role: Collaborate with the English production team to schedule projects and allocate sufficient time for quality work.
• Detail-Oriented Review: Ensure all briefs are clear and comprehensive, capturing all necessary details, specifications, and quantities.
• Approval Tracking: Manage deadlines and approvals for the translation team, ensuring lead times are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, translation, and web production teams to coordinate schedules effectively.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in a translation coordination role.
• Fluency in English and ideally one additional language.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Strong prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAT tools such as Studio or Memsource is a plus!
