Job Description - Transport Admin

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a client based in St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan. This role is temporary full time and ongoing.

Pay Rate: £13.25
Hours Per week: 06:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday.
Free Parking on site!

As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include;
  • Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone-calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly.
  • Data inputting
  • Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management.
  • Creating Documentation for EU outbound Loads, including custom documents.

(Full training will be provided)

The successful candidate for the Traffic Officer Administrator role will also need the following skills;
  • Experienced IT user
  • Good experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Accurate with inputting data into systems.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
