Job Description - Transport Analyst

Transport Analyst
Location: Larne
Rate: Up to £20 per hour Umbrella
Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)
Start Date: After 22nd July
Working Hours: 37.5 per week – Mon–Thurs full day, Fri half day
Onsite Requirement: 5 days per week

Role Overview:
  • The Transport Analyst will support logistics operations across 10 European factories, focusing on transportation cost analysis, data accuracy, and change management. This is a varied role involving collaboration with global teams and service providers, helping improve supply chain performance. Work within a team of 4, with additional support teams in NI and Belgium
Key Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, calculations)
  • 2+ years in international transportation (road, ocean, air)
  • Data analysis and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or Business
  • Fluent in English
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, Salesforce
  • Experience in supply chain or analytical roles
