Transport Office Administrator – Day Shift (ongoing agency)
?? Erdington, Birmingham
?? £28,000 per annum (hourly rate equivalent)
?? Day Shifts: 7am–3pm | 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm (to be discussed at interview)

Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced transport environment? We’re looking for a Transport Office Administrator to join our clients team in Erdington, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics operations.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily transport planning and scheduling
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support compliance with transport regulations and internal procedures
Manage uniform and PPE
Take notes in meetings

? What We’re Looking For:

Ideally, previous experience in a transport office environment
Alternatively, a stable and solid work history in an administrative or operational role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems and handling paperwork
