Transport Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our clients fast-paced transport coordination team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
You’ll be responsible for arranging transport using both fleet and subcontractors to meet customer requirements.
While previous experience in transport is a plus, it’s not essential—full training and support provided.

?? Location: Office-based (with potential for hybrid working after training)
?? Hours: 40 hours per week
?? Salary: £25,500 – £27,000
?? Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 17:30
? Typical shifts: 06:30–15:00 | 08:00–16:30 | 09:00–17:30 (allocated weekly based on business needs)

What You’ll Need to Succeed
• ?? Confident communicator – especially over the phone
• ??? Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks effectively
• ?? Excellent attention to detail – essential for success in this role
• ?? Basic IT skills – familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook (training provided on in-house systems)
• ? Hybrid working potential – after training, depending on performance and preference
• ?? Transport/logistics experience – advantageous but not required
