Are you an experienced transport professional ready to take the next step in your career? Rapier Employment is recruiting a Transport Team Leader to join our busy Two-Man Home Delivery and Trunk Operation in Marsh Leys.
  • Position: Transport Team Leader
  • Location: Marsh Leys
  • Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour
  • Shifts: Rotational – 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 (any 5 out of 7 days)
  • Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity
What You’ll Do:
  • Support the management team in delivering daily work schedules and achieving KPIs.
  • Ensure safe working practices across the transport department.
  • Play a key role in the smooth running of our delivery and trunking operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a transport environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
