Travel Passenger Lead

Contract: 6 months

Location: Birmingham

About the Role: Hay is currently recruiting for a Travel Passenger Team Lead. This role has emerged as the Travel Passenger Team undergoes a service redesign and supports a large recruitment campaign to meet growing demand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the increased pressure on the team and service, alongside the existing Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Travel Passenger Team during the service redesign.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure smooth operation and high performance of the team.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a travel passenger environment.
• Strong background in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
