Trim Assistant

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion? We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trim Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of the industry's most respected fashion brands.

As a Trim Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Trim Development team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing shipments and shipping documentation
• Liaising with vendors and tracking deliveries
• Assisting with data entry and meeting preparation
• Handling purchase order (PO) management
• Overseeing sample and stock management
• Updating PLM systems with accurate trim data

We're seeking someone who is:

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and initiative
• A clear communicator who works well within a team
• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in PLM systems, Excel, and ideally InDesign
• Experienced in a similar administrative or product development role (preferred)
