Tyre Fitter

GI Group are currently recruiting for a Tyre Fitter to work at their clients established body shop in located in Grimsby.

The pay rate for the role is £13 to £14 ( depending on experience) working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Duties of the Tyre Fitter:
- Inspect and assess tyres for damage, wear and tear.
- Repair punctured tyres and replace worn-out tyres.
- Perform wheel alignments and balancing.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure work area is clean and organised.
- Communicate with customers and provide recommendations on tyre replacement and maintenance.
- Use various hand and power tools to perform tyre services.

Requirements of the Tyre Fitter:
- Ability to use various tyre service equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy tires.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- FULL UK Driving Licence held for 12 months +
- 22 years of age and over
- No points or endorsements on licence
-Level 3 Qualification is preferred but not essential
