Unit4 ERP Functional Consultant - Central Gov - £550 - £625 a day - Outside IR35 - Hybrid 1-2 days per week in London

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unit4 ERP Functional Consultant to work on a ERP improvement project. The ideal candidate will have significant Unit4 ERP (formerly Agresso) experience and will be responsible for working closely with the Business Analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. The role will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of resulting changes to the solution, handing over to the clients Unit4 System Administrator(s) for final implementation into the Production/Live environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the business analysts and wider stakeholders to analyse and document current processes and solution implementations, gathering and documenting functional requirements from stakeholders for changes / targeted improvements.
• Design and document functional specifications and workflows.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Unit4 ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HR & Payroll, Procurement, Project Management).
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical teams throughout the testing phase.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Provide support/guidance to the clients Unit4 System Administrator prior to and during Production/live implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Unit4 ERP (Agresso) Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Unit4 ERP modules and architecture (current solution is Unit4 ERP CR).
• Experience in functional design and ERP configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in documentation.
