Have you worked as a KS1 Teaching Assistant or HLTA and are now ready to step into teaching?

This highly regarded Catholic Primary School in NW London is seeking a confident and capable individual to join as an Unqualified KS1 Primary Teacher. This is a full-time, fully paid role with long-term prospects and outstanding training support, ideal for someone serious about building a teaching career.

• Working full-time in Key Stage 1, with focus on Year 2

• Leading the class on a 3-day teaching timetable, with full planning support

• Supporting pupils and colleagues the remaining 2 days per week

• Gaining real classroom responsibility while being mentored by experienced staff

• Paid up to £32,000 depending on experience (Unqualified Teacher Scale)

• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a TA or HLTA in a UK primary school

• Strong academic background and clear desire to move into teaching

• Confident managing a KS1 classroom with excellent communication skills

After a successful year in this post, you'll transition into a Teacher Training programme from September 2026, remaining in school and fully supported financially and professionally throughout your training.
