Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and accessible Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils

• Supporting the planning and delivery of curriculum content alongside experienced teachers

• Helping students build confidence and competence in core Maths topics

• Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a productive and respectful environment

• Tailoring your approach to suit learners of different levels and abilities

• Tracking student progress and contributing to feedback and assessment

• Participating in training and development opportunities offered by the school

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a Maths-related subject (e.g. Maths, Physics, Engineering, Finance)

• A strong interest in education and working with young people

• Confidence in delivering content and explaining complex ideas simply

• A proactive, resilient, and reflective mindset

• An openness to future teacher training routes (PGCE, SCITT, QTS Apprenticeships)

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
