Location: London (SEND schools, bases, and specialist provisions)
Pay: £105 - £130 per day (PAYE only)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term temp (perm potential)

Do you have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEND)? Are you interested in becoming a teacher, but don't yet hold QTS?

SANZA Teaching Agency is working closely with a range of specialist and mainstream schools with SEND bases and units that are looking for unqualified teachers to join their staff teams. These schools offer exceptional training, mentoring and support - ideal for individuals looking to build a career in SEND education.

• Deliver structured learning to small groups or 1:1 with pupils with SEND

• Follow EHCP targets and tailored support plans

• Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff

• Receive ongoing training and coaching from experienced SEND professionals

• Progress towards qualified teacher status if that is your goal

• Graduates with experience in education, youth work, or care
